Please remember to have as much of the following information to hand when making your call:
1) What do you believe the nature of the emergency is
2) Name of casualty or victim
3) Brief description eg height, build, hair colour, age etc
4) What they were last wearing
5) Where their last location was
6) Where their possible intended location is (if applicable)
7) Any medical, mental or health related issues (if applicable)
8) Date and time of last sighting
9) Any other information that you believe is of relevance or will help the emergency services
